This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your physical DSC after your order and verification are complete.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India. All physical DSCs are dispatched from our office located in Kalkaji, Delhi.
Order Processing Time
Once your identity and documentation are verified and your DSC is approved:
- Processing time: 1-2 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Methods
We use trusted shipping partners to ensure timely and secure delivery:
- Porter
- DTDC
- India Post
The shipping partner is selected based on the delivery location and serviceability.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch:
- Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
- Express shipping: Not available at this time
- Shipping charges: Vary by location and shipping partner. Applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your DSC is shipped, you'll receive:
- Tracking information via SMS and email
- Real-time updates as provided by the respective courier
- Vary by location and shipping partner. Applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
Delays & Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or external factors. If your package is significantly delayed or lost:
- We will ship a replacement DSC at no additional cost
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of DSCs and regulatory requirements:
- Returns or exchanges are not acceptedonce the DSC has been dispatched
Signature on Delivery
We do not require a signature at the time of delivery, unless specified by the courier partner.
